8. The Neon Clown

Give the classic, creepy clown a modern, vibrant makeover using neon pigments and ultraviolet-reactive makeup. Start with a clean, neutral base so the neon colors truly pop. Using highly pigmented neon pink, orange, and lime green eyeshadows, blend large circles around your eyes. Use a black liquid liner to draw classic clown triangles pointing upward above your brows and downward onto your cheeks, cutting directly through the neon eyeshadow. Paint the tip of your nose with a bright neon pink, and draw an exaggerated, wide clown smile extending from the corners of your mouth. To make this look truly mesmerizing for nighttime parties, use UV-reactive face paints over your lines so your face glows intensely under blacklights.
