  • How to do it: Measure the lower half or two-thirds of your bathroom wall. Nail thin MDF strips vertically at equal intervals onto the wall, topped with a horizontal top rail. Paint the entire lower section in a soft neutral or bold contrasting tone using a semi-gloss or satin finish for easy wiping.
