  • What This Idea Means: The high steep crater walls serve as indestructible outer fortress barriers. The kingdom layout slopes inward toward a central freshwater lake or royal garden plaza at the bottom of the crater bowl.
  • How to Make It: Find a natural mountain meadow ring (caldera) or construct a large circular mountain ring. Build cliff-embedded dwellings along the interior slopes of the bowl. Create terraced gardens steps down the inner slopes. Construct a central council hall or fountain pavilion at the center of the crater floor.
